- This service is only available from 22 December 2008 – 1 January 2009 during the stipulated timebelt only. Please refer to the respective channels' time belt for details on when the service will be available.

- This service is available for post-paid customers only.
- Due to the limited telecast time, we may not display all messages that are sent in. Messages that are not displayed can be found on www.mediacorptv.sg/festive .
- Viewers may send in multiple messages but will be in queue if the maximum no is reached.
- Cost per SMS applies regardless the message appears on screen.
- MediaCorp reserves the right to reject, at its own discretion, any messages that are not deemed appropriate.
- MediaCorp reserves the right to reject, at its own discretion, any text messages submitted from appearing onscreen if they are not in English or Chinese or of a questionable nature.
- MediaCorp reserves the right to pre-empt or change the schedule / timing of the campaign.
- MediaCorp will not be liable for any unsuccessful message sent due to disconnection, network or phone issues.
- MediaCorp's decision shall be final in the event of any dispute concerning the operation of any element of the Campaign, selection of messages to be displayed on TV or the Terms and Conditions.
- Upon using this service, users agree to receive announcement via SMS/MMS from MediaCorp or Working Partners.
